In most parts of Hyderabad we can place a caregiver within 24 hours of booking. Urgent post-surgery and ICU cases can often start the same day.

Home healthcare means professional nursing, patient care, therapy and support provided in the patient’s own home instead of a hospital or facility.

For many patients, yes: care at home lowers the risk of hospital infections and helps recovery. For emergencies and some conditions, hospital care remains the right place. We’ll always advise honestly.

Services & Caregivers

Every caregiver goes through ID verification, police verification, reference checks and a skills assessment, followed by induction training before their first placement.

A nurse carries out clinical tasks such as injections, IV and wound care. An attendant helps with personal care, feeding and mobility.

Yes. Tell us your preference and we’ll match accordingly.

For ongoing care we assign a regular caregiver, with a trained reliever for their days off.

Most speak Telugu and Hindi, and many speak English. Tell us your preference when you book.

Booking & Payments

Yes. We offer visit-based care, 12-hour day or night shifts, and 24-hour live-in care.

It depends on the type of care, the hours and the patient’s needs. We share a clear quote after the free assessment, with no hidden charges.

Call us, message us on WhatsApp, or fill in the booking form. A care coordinator will call you back to understand the patient’s needs.

We accept UPI, bank transfer and cards. Payment terms are explained in your quote.

Yes. Please give us notice as described in your service terms.

Safety & Quality

Tell your care coordinator and we’ll arrange a replacement, usually within 24–48 hours.

Care coordinators check in regularly with the family, review daily notes and visit when needed.

The caregiver follows the agreed emergency plan, calls 108 or the family’s chosen hospital, and informs the family and coordinator immediately.

Yes. Hygiene and infection control are part of our induction training.
