How quickly can a nurse or caregiver start?
In most parts of Hyderabad we can place a caregiver within 24 hours of booking. Urgent post-surgery and ICU cases can often start the same day.
How do you verify and train your caregivers?
Every caregiver goes through ID verification, police verification, reference checks and a skills assessment, followed by induction training before their first placement.
Can I get a caregiver for 12 hours or 24 hours?
Yes. We offer visit-based care, 12-hour day or night shifts, and 24-hour live-in care.
What if the caregiver isn't the right fit?
Tell your care coordinator and we’ll arrange a replacement, usually within 24–48 hours.
